A great starting point to gain perspective on your company's vitality is to conduct an engagement survey. Vitality at Work's engagement survey includes key indicators such as company inspiration, meaning, job satisfaction, individual vitality and other important areas.
We provided a customized leadership development program to support the organization change desired. The program includes foundational areas of positive psychology including compassion, gratitude, mindfulness, strengths and other key areas.
The focus of these sessions is to explore and apply the science of happiness principles to build a healthy and thriving workplace. The sessions are grounded in a highly practical and scientifically based approach to understanding happiness and how it can apply back at work.
